terms of service

Process
- I accept half upfront, half at end payment through PayPal invoice or VGen.
- When I'm ready to start your commission I will contact you with a price and go over the commission's details if necessary. If the total ends up out of your price range for any reason, let me know.
- Once the invoice is sent I will begin working on the sketch(es).
- Once finished, the sketch(es) will be sent to you. Any changes can be made at this stage, so make sure it is to your liking!
- After a sketch is approved, I usually go forward with painting and finishing the commission. I may update on more occasions if the commission is complex or as requested.
- Once the final version is approved and payment is made, I will send the finished file (300 dpi png).What I'll Draw
- My commissions are mainly for humanoid characters and animals, but feel free to request anything you'd like!
- I will draw non-sexual nudity or suggestive art in most cases, but explicit NSFW is unlikely.
- I will only draw real people if they are personal gifts for friends/family or portraits of the commissioner.TOS
- This is a purchase for a piece of digital artwork, so no physical item will be shipped.
- Refunds will not be provided unless I am unable to complete the artwork under unforeseen circumstances.
- For personal use commissions, you may use the finished work with an initial credit to me as the artist.
- Reproduction of the work for commercial use is prohibited.
- I retain the copyright to the work. I may use your commission for showcase in a portfolio or on social media unless you have paid for a private commission. I will not use the finished work for commercial purposes.

Ahoy there! I'm an artist based in SK Canada primarily interested in digital art, as well as traditional painting and printmaking. I am in the final year of my BFA at Usask.Comics, animation, character design, and game design are my jam, but you'll find me doing all sorts of stuff.my username is traulisms on most platforms, but the real world calls me pen, so feel free to use that name too. I use any pronouns.
